Landscape designer, Phillippa Lambert and graphic designer Steve Lambert are the new owners of Old Park lake site. Phillippa, who has headed her Creative Landscape / Creative Gardens consultancies on the Isle of Wight since 1986 is now in partnership with Steve to form an integrated practice, known as Lake House Design, offering a wide range of professional design disciplines.
Phillippa produced the historic research report on the site and restoration plans for the landscape which were presented as part of the planning application for the scheme.
After completion of the new build, which will include studio space, Phillippa and Steve will live and work at the Lake House.
